How to Solve the Difficult Start of Concrete Crusher

7/23/2013 9:25:02 PM

The major reasons that may cause the difficult start of concrete crusher are in the following:

1. The lubricating grease used by the concrete crusher is too sticky and its stiffness increases when the temperature of the environment is low. When starting concrete crusher, the rotation resistance of the movable jaw axle is big, which cause the start is difficult.

2. The last halt of concrete crusher does not evacuate the ores inside the crushing chamber according to the operation specification. When restarting concrete crusher, since there is ores inside the crushing chamber, the crusher will have to sustain big load when it is started, so that the start will be difficult.

3. The V-belt is too loose so that it will slide during the transmission process, which will cause much loss of the power when starting the electromotor.

4. The bearing of movable jaw and the axial bearing of the rack of concrete crusher are too much abraded, which cause the bearing roller to stagnate in the rotation process of the movable jaw.

When the concrete crusher is difficult to start, the experts of Hongxing Machinery suggest that the customers should take the following responding precautionary measures according to different reasons:

1. Choose the lubricating grease with proper stickiness for lubrication.

2. Before stopping concrete crusher, let it run without materials in it for some time to completely discharge the materials in the crushing chamber.

3. Timely adjust the tightness of the V-belt.

4. Intensity the daily maintenance of concrete crusher and make sure that this equipment is in a goo condition. Strength the efforts of supervision and examination and when there is something abnormal, timely report and deal with it.
