Seven Criteria for Maintenance of Raymond Mill

Raymond grinding mill is also known as
Raymond mill because of its stable performance, strong adaptability, and high performance price ratio. Since the introduction of more than 20 years, Raymond mill has been widely applied to non-metallic mineral processing. In order to ensure the normal operation of Raymond mill, 'The Operation of Equipment Maintenance System' should be developed to ensure the safe operation of Raymond mill in a long term. In addition, the necessary maintenance knowledge should be learnt to deal with the problems in time.
1. During the use of Raymond mill, there should be a fixed person who is responsible for its care, and the operator must have a certain level of technology. Before the installation, operators must take the necessary technical training to understand the working principle and processing rule of Raymond mil.
2. In order to ensure the normal operation of Raymond mill, 'The Operation of Equipment Maintenance System' should be developed to ensure the safe operation of Raymond mill in a long term, at the same time, there must be some necessary maintenance tools, greases and corresponding accessories.
3. Raymond mill of Hongxing Machinery should be maintain after a period of using, while the wearing parts such as grinding roller, grinding ring and blade should be repaired or replaced. The connecting bolt and nuts of grinding roller should be carefully examined before and after use to see if they are loosening , or grease is enough or not.
4. When grinding roller has been used for more than 500 hours or so it should be replaced. Rolling bearings in the roller kit must be cleaned, and damaged parts should be replaced, fuel filling tools can be manual fuel pumps and grease gun.
5. Fine adjustment: it can be adjusted at the top of the analyzer based on different size, hardness, moisture content and fineness of materials, high speed contributes to high fineness, and low speed means low fineness. If fineness is improved, production will be reduced accordingly, and if it is still below the standard, the speed of fan can be adjusted, users can be flexible according to different situations.
6. The scrap limit of ring and roller: the remaining minimum wall thickness is not less than 10mm.
7. When Raymond mill stops, feeding should be terminated firstly, and the main engine continues working to grind the residual materials for about a minute, then turn off the main engine, motor and analyzer to stop grinding, thereafter turn off the fan and motor to purge the residual powder.
