Working Principle of Roller Crusher

The working principle of roller crusher is depending on the mutual compression of the rollers at high speed and low rotating rate. The material can vertically fall to the crushing chamber from the top, which can be turned to the powder on the big impact caused by rollers, and the rest of the materials with the hardness also can be broken in the interior part. The second grinding can highly lower the energy consumption and improve the throughput.

In the working process of roller crusher, once there are some materials which cannot be crushed, the spiral will become short by the stress on it, and then the feeding port will become larger in order to make the material be discharged from the crushing machine, which will not cause much more damage to the crushing machine.
